Description: Introduction to the US Constitution.  In the months leading to the holding on the most important SCOTUS case of our time—Dobbs vs. Jackson Women’s Health, which in June may overturn Roe—this course examines: the original Constitution, the debates which led to its ratification, its most important antebellum SCOTUS cases, the 14th Amendment, the post-14th Amendment SCOTUS cases that led to the poisonous doctrine of Roe vs. Wade.
 
Tim went to law school specifically to study the Constitution, where he enrolled in Constitutional studies courses instead of the ordinary course of study.  He studied at the center of Constitutional Originalism within legal academia, the University of San Diego, where he met and was lectured by the late Justice Scalia multiple times.
