Aristotle's Ethics Class Description:
Aristotle’s Ethics: This is arguably the most important class a student will ever take. Our education makes us smart—not for the sake of intelligence alone, but rather for the sake of making us morally good. Aristotle, a pagan who lived three centuries before Christ, discovered the key to the development of human natural virtue, habit, a topic which is the center of this course. Thomas Aquinas simply called Aristotle “The Philosopher” (which evidences the latter's towering importance) and considered his moral teaching on the natural law authoritative, even compared to Catholic philosophers. Together with the Church History course, the Ethics semester will change the worldview of the successful student more drastically than any other class.
