Church History 2021 Class Description: 

 

The most important imaginable course on the history of Western Civilization! Another name for this course could be: "Real European History," the secrets of which all revolve around the fact that the Catholic Church built Europe and the West. This class will cover Pentecost through the present day! The extent to which you've been lied to about the Catholic history of Europe will blow your mind!

 

  • Can't attend live class? No problem--we record every class and put them on a class playlist for you to watch at your leisure. 
  • We will record ALL classes so that all time zones never miss a class.
  • Exclusive class playlist where all lectures can be watched at any time!
  • Best for ages 13 and up (but all ages are welcome!).
  • Optional textbook to purchase click here! (The textbook is NOT necessary, only purchase it if you wish do supplement reading).

  • Originally from Bakersfield, California, Scott attended Garces Memorial High School where he had Tim Gordon as his theology/philosophy teacher. Scott is now a recent graduate from Brown University, where he received a Bachelors degree in Business Entrepreneurship and played Division I college football. During his time at Brown, he met his wife Gabrielle, who he married in May 2021. Currently, Scott is pursuing a Graduate Liberal Studies degree at Duke University where will also be playing football.  His studies are particularly focused on the connections between virtue ethics and psychology. Some hobbies of his are hunting, fly fishing, and playing basketball. After graduation, Scott hopes to pursue a career in Catholic academia.
